We Agree a price

Within two working days, we will provide a minimum guaranteed price for your house.

This is based on expert opinion, through our range of agents and the latest market data, which we continually monitor through our range of subscriptions.

Legals & paperwork

We present our formal offer letter and arrange a call back to explain everything.

If you’re happy to proceed, we will produce a heads of terms document for you to share with the solicitor of your choice. If you don’t have one, we can provide suggestions.

Using our trusted and proven documents, and process, we can prepare the contract and schedule of works within as little as 2 weeks.

The refurbishment

After sharing our design concepts with you, we use our network of trusted suppliers and people to carry out the refurbishment of your home.

We are focused on our suppliers and use the same people regularly, to ensure the quality of our work.

Supervision is always carried out by SellTogether staff directly, who will provide regular progress updates.

You can fix our cost of the works, so you have total peace of mind.

Selling the property

Usually working with one of our estate agent partners, who will have a strong track record in your area, we shall ensure your home is both professionally marketed and timed to hit the market.

We work closely with the agent throughout and lead the sale process for you.

Our continuous engagement is designed to capture the best offers quickly.

As offers are received, we shall communicate these and provide our recommendation.

Once an offer is accepted, we ensure sales momentum by using our in-house sales progression specialist.

Completion

Only when the house is sold do we recapture our costs for the project, so you don’t have any upfront costs whatsoever.

Our profit is linked to your profit.

We provide a fully detailed account of our services, which is incorporated into the solicitors completion statement.
